Where the Sahel meets the South

Mobile Coffee & Matcha Bar

Specialty espresso, matcha, and non-caffeinated drinks inspired by Sahelian flavors—plantain syrup, baobab notes, bissap spritzes, and more.

Beignets & Bakes

Mama T's beignets, Golden Sahel Cake, Sahelian Scones, and other small-batch bakes that taste like a warm kitchen back home.

Garage Pop-Ups to Full Events

From quiet neighborhood tastings to full-service coffee bars at weddings, showers, and corporate events.

Doussou Banani

Our plantain latte-roasted plantain syrup, smooth espresso, warm nostalgia.

Gâteau Doumini

A dessert-in-a-cup: vanilla, caramelized sugar, espresso layered like birthday cake.

Matcha Mandé

Matcha meets Mandé flavors: subtle nuttiness and tropical plantain sweetness.

Garden Party

Earl Grey–infused matcha with fresh strawberry purée.

Mama's Beignets

Hand-cut, cloudlike beignets dusted with powdered sugar. Just like our tanties made.

Every drink carries a memory from home: crafted with plantains, vanilla, butter, strawberry purée, and Sahelian warmth.

Based in Atlanta, serving Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.

Café Ivoire is a love letter to the Sahel and the South.
To plantains roasting in our mothers' kitchens.
To attaya poured slowly in small glasses.
To long conversations that stretch from Abidjan to Atlanta.

We built this coffee company to make those memories portable—a mobile third space with espresso, matcha, beignets, and a lot of stubborn auntie love.

From cart to café, we're growing slowly, intentionally. And right now that means pouring at the events where community already gathers.

Diaspora-Driven

Every drink is rooted in West African heritage—never borrowed, always remembered.

Community-Centered

A platform for Black and African artisans, makers, and storytellers to thrive.

Built to Last

Growing with intention, not speed. From cart to café, one step at a time.
